Inclusive Leadership Training – 22nd November Croke Park

Inclusive leaders get the best out of all their people, helping their organisations to succeed in today’s complex, diverse national and global environment.

Through their skills in adaptability, building relationships and developing talent, inclusive leaders can increase performance and innovation.

This course provides participants with an understanding of how to become a more inclusive leader, engage and support your teams to reach their potential.
This training will be delivered by Irfaan Arif a senior trainer with the Irish Centre for Diversity.

His work has focused on developing and delivering unconscious bias workshops, cultural awareness and inclusive leadership training to over 1500 people in the last 3 years globally.
Irfaan holds an MBA, an MA in Human Resource Development & Consulting and is currently completing his Masters in Psychology. He is a qualified coach, excellent communicator and a creative trainer.
