This training will be delivered by Irfaan Arif a senior trainer with the Irish Centre for Diversity.
His work has focused on developing and delivering unconscious bias workshops, cultural awareness and inclusive leadership training to over 1500 people in the last 3 years globally.
Irfaan holds an MBA, an MA in Human Resource Development & Consulting and is currently completing his Masters in Psychology. He is a qualified coach, excellent communicator and a creative trainer.
