Ever seen something at work that doesn’t ‘sit quite right’? Your workplace culture and acceptable behaviours may need an upgrade.

We recently launched an all-new training course: Creating a Culture of Dignity and Respect in the Workplace. The course has been created for workplaces and teams that may have some understanding of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) and want to know more. Specifically, it looks at how to create a respectful workplace where everyone’s voice is heard and where inappropriate behaviours are tackled.

Banter, micro-aggressions, not pronouncing names correctly (or giving them alternative names), not using preferred pronouns – the impact of all of these and more are explored with practical tips on avoiding them.
