Culture and D&I specialist

As an Organisational Behaviour specialist, experienced D&I practitioner and strategic communications leader, Pippa has over 17 years of experience working in the public and private sectors advising a broad range of clients across financial services, legal, manufacturing, higher education, agri, aviation, pharma, fintech, not-for-profit and more.  

Pippa has led and partnered on industry research projects at Dublin City University Centre of Excellence for Diversity and Inclusion, developed White Papers focused on topics such as inclusion for working parents and carers, race equality in the workplace, neurodiversity, remote working through COVID and more. She headed up the People Science division of a culture software startup developing metrics and programmes of learning to assess, track and enhance organisational culture performance.

Pippa’s role at Irish Centre Diversity sees her supporting organisations and leaders to build and embed great workplace culture.  She counsels clients on many aspects of the culture and D&I transformation journey, from devising culture measurement frameworks to action planning, leadership training, group facilitation, change communication, reporting and storytelling. As a data and insights-obsessed workplace culture expert, Pippa’s unique skillset enables organisations to assess, align and embed culture to achieve strategic ambitions and goals – prioritising communications and engagement every step of the way.
