A dedicated equity champion, Sabrina supports clients in establishing Ethics and Equality Strategies to enhance and elevate organisations. Creating safe and inclusive learning environments to nurture and inspire development and growth of individuals and wider organisational cultures.

Sabrina’s career started as a youth worker in the late 1990’s and focused on ‘Race Relations’ and Equality after several violent racially motivated incidents in her local area. Championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusion has always been at the core of her personal, professional and business ethos. In more recent years Sabrina has worked with various agencies including national charities to raise awareness around disability discrimination and opportunities to improve accessibility.

With experience spanning private, public and voluntary sectors, Sabrina’s lived experiences, professional understanding and over 20 years of practical skills, provide a strong foundation for EDI delivery. Sabrina is a member of the Federation of Small Businesses and co-hosts a BAME business networking event once a month, sharing updates and creating valuable content for members.

As an ILM qualified Executive Coach Sabrina is bound by The Global Code of Ethics for Coaches, Mentors and Supervisors. She is also a certified member of the Association for Coaching. She also has a Diploma in CBT and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.
