Sile Walsh, HDip, MSc, MAC, AoCS

Sile Walsh specialises in inclusion and leadership psychology, with a background in coaching psychology and organisational development, and over 10 years working with clients in Ireland and internationally.

Sile is currently engaging in a PhD with a focus on inclusive leadership research and holds qualifications in coaching psychology, management coaching, professional supervision, training and development, participatory management, and certificates in Diversity and Inclusion topics, workplace wellbeing, psychology and work/organisational psychology. Sile’s lived experiences, professional background and intersectional identity informs her practices in her diversity and inclusion work.

Previous clients of Sile’s included hospitality, construction, fitness, health and wellbeing, legal, community/not for profit, retail, semi-state, pharmaceutical, government bodies and independent service providers.

Siles approach is trauma informed, inclusive and humanistic. Utilising an individual and systemic lens to encourage a collaborative, insightful and impactful learning experience.

She works with the Irish Centre for Diversity delivering on diversity and inclusion change programmes.
