Benchmarking

The Irish Centre for Diversity is in a unique position to be able to benchmark Robust, Reliable and Valid data, gathered on behalf of its clients, against organisations across Ireland and within specific sectors.

ICFD has carried out ‘all-person’ surveys with over 130 organisations, who collectively employ more than 120,000 individuals. The survey findings provide a comprehensive data set that enables us to make comparisons of the views of people around the organisation’s FREDIE™

ICFD can measure the Culture of Inclusion in an organisation through this benchmarking. Findings are mapped against the Maturity Model to provide a real-time metric that demonstrates the impact of progress.

Inclusion Score

From the data gathered through the surveys, ICFD can calculate an Inclusion Score, which is a measure of how ‘included’ your people feel.

It is calculated using the positive responses received across all questions in the survey and will be presented both within the context of your sector (where sufficient data is available) and nationally.
