Liswa McDonald
Business Development Executive
Liswa is an experienced business development and operations professional, and scientist with a background across the pharmaceutical, retail, and technology sectors. With a BSc in Immunology and Microbiology and an MSc in in Clinical Research and Translational Medicine, she applies an analytical and strategic approach to work.
Liswa is passionate about Equality and Inclusion and has been at the forefront of initiatives that celebrate cultural diversity and foster belonging in Ireland and has worked across various initiatives to drive both commercial and community impact with purpose-driven projects that connect underrepresented communities with new opportunities. These include spearheading Ireland’s first African-inspired Christmas market that promoted cultural inclusion and celebration.
Liswa brings a unique blend of analytical thinking, strategic focus, and cultural sensitivity to her work in supporting organisations to build inclusive, equal, and impactful workplace cultures.
