Trainer / Advisor
Natasha has over 25 years of experience working within the Equity & Inclusion field. She has designed and delivered FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement) solutions across all sectors and her work covers training, audits, policy development, research, management/leadership development, advice and support. Natasha has delivered programmes focusing on Bias, Race Equity, Disability, Gender Equality, Mental Health, Dignity at work, embedding Diversity & Inclusion, Community Engagement, LGBTQ+ Inclusion and more. Natasha’s support has contributed to many organisations receiving a number of awards and accolades that demonstrate their embedding and commitment to Inclusion.
Natasha is an experienced guest speaker, facilitator, chair and has held senior positions including chairing regional/national panels within the public and voluntary sector.
