Caroline Cummins

Founder and Managing Director

Caroline has worked in FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement) for over 15 years with over 7 years spent with the National Centre for Diversity in the UK. During this time Caroline had worked with hundreds of clients across a multi sectors supporting them with measurable improvements around equality, diversity and inclusion.

Caroline wanted to bring the benefits she had seen in the UK to organisations in Ireland. After relocating back in Ireland in 2015 Caroline founded the Irish Centre for Diversity to support companies to become workplaces where people are able to bring their authentic self to work and thrive.
