With a BSc in Mathematical Sciences, Ella is an expert in statistics, programming, and the logical presentation of information.
As our data analyst, she collates partner and company data to produce the insights that help with our benchmarking, operational, marketing and other business practices.
Ella has previous experience with a leading media company and embraces personal growth and development. She is especially keen on helping to communicate Data’s contribution to D&I progress through accurate facts and figures
