Florencia Santana
Advisor / Trainer
Florencia is a successful Learning and Development professional who is passionate about FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement) in the workplace. She has extensive experience developing and delivering training for a diverse spread of organisations including Hampshire Police, The Walt Disney Company and several Travel Industry brands. Her accomplishments include devising and delivering leadership development programmes, employee development plans, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policies and procedures for team members at all levels and more. Florencia’s considerable collaborative skills and a commitment to progress came to the fore in a partnership with Reading University to develop a training approach that fostered greater Inclusion in UK policing. This relationship won a Research Impact Award from the university.
Florencia is eager to bring all these skills and more to the work of ICFD and the organisations we partner with to support transforming workplace cultures.
Florencia is based in Cork and is a member of the Skibbereen Rowing Club, famous for creating Olympic champions including the ‘pull like a dog’ O’Donovan brothers, Fintan McCarthy and more. We’ll be glued to the next Olympics, ready to cheer her on.
