Garry has an extensive career across Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition and Business Advisory with a focus on FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement).

Garry is well suited to his role with Irish Centre for Diversity where he is a member of our team of experts that designs and delivers a range of training and specialist development programmes to support organisations with transforming workplace culture.
Garry has helped to drive progress by leading FREDIE across a broad range of sectors including Consultancy and roles with a major airport group, in broadcasting, travel, with a leading medical services provider, a UK brewery, with an Entertainment Industry giant and more. His work has been recognised by a nomination at the Burberry British Disability Awards 2023 and he holds a board position with a national LGBT health and well-being charity that provides information, services and support to tackle isolation, persecution, discrimination, health inequalities and more.
