Gill Cooke
Trainer / Advisor
Gill is an award-winning FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement) and Well-being change-maker and thought leader. She was previously with Three Ireland, where she helped them attain Gold Investors in Diversity. Gill is passionate about making all workplaces more inclusive and equitable for everyone.
With an extensive background in project and programme management and as a people leader, Gill is experienced in collaborating with global stakeholders, analysing key metrics and data to deliver improvements in recruitment, policy, people services, learning and development, strategy and best practices across UK and Ireland, reporting, influencing and communicating with senior management and the board.
Gill has diverse life experience, having spent most of her childhood in Sudan, Africa and she has worked in Egypt and France, and studied at School of Oriental and African Studies in London.
