Investors in Diversity Silver
Building on the requirements of IiD Bronze, Investors in Diversity Silver liberates the voice of the people within your organisation. This model provides a benchmark of performance against other organisations and nationally, while also providing insights into key strengths and areas that require development.
Attainment Requirements: In order to gain Investors in Diversity Silver accreditation, organisations:
> Rollout IiD survey for all colleagues
> Survey is analysed by ICFD
> Survey is mapped against Maturity Model to give an assessment for IiD Silver
> Results are also Benchmarked, both nationally and by sector
> Diversity demographics of colleagues are collected
> Full report with recommendations is provided to organisation
> Presentation is delivered to leaders
> Action plan of improvements is developed
Average Timescale: From start to finish, where there is commitment across the organisation, it takes circa eight to ten weeks to gain Investors in Diversity Silver accreditation.
