Julie Hutton

Julie works to advance Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) for all in the workplace, working with organisations across all sectors, to deliver EDI-related support as well the Investors in Diversity accreditation.

Julie is a quality consultant and assessor with a successful track record in implementing quality and performance monitoring initiatives within the public and service sectors.  Her areas of expertise include quality-assurance frameworks, benchmarking strategies and methodologies, research and evaluation with internal and external customers, assessment and verification, document control and record management.

Particularly excelling in IT-based data analysis and statistical breakdown , Julie’s wealth of experience includes policy preparation and review, to ensure EDI are inherent in the content, avoiding the inadvertent introduction of discriminatory practices into organisational policy.  Julie is qualified to post-graduate level and has achieved numerous accolades and certificates.

Julie was presented with the National Centre for Diversity’s Advisor of the Year Award in 2019.
