Louisa Rodriguez
D&I Trainer / Advisor
Louisa joins the team with an array of experience in Leadership, Learning, Training and Development.
After starting her D&I career working in the voluntary sector advocating for marginalised groups, Louisa progressed to training roles where her focus involved embedding D&I advances alongside Mental Health and Wellbeing strategies and initiatives.
Louisa was a delegate for the UN Commission on the status of Women’s 67th session (March 2023) and as well as campaigning to end violence against women and driving the Gender equality agenda, Louisa’s experience covers Leadership Development/Coaching and working on programmes to elevate leaders from diverse backgrounds.
Louisa unwinds by adventuring in the mountains (she is a qualified Mountain Leader), fell running and wild swimming.
