Rob Fitzpatrick
Trainer / Advisor
Rob applies his engaging interpersonal and communication skills – including consulting and advising at board level – to delivering training across Ireland to a range of organisations of all sizes, from many sectors and at various stages of their journey of continuous progress.
Rob regularly conducts in-person/onsite and virtual training across a broad spectrum of FREDIE™ (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement) topics.
Rob successfully completed a Graduate Diploma in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion at the University of Limerick (UL). His previous roles include working with a leading LGBTQ+ charity and his extensive experience includes a QQI level 6 ‘Train the Trainer’ accreditation.
Before embarking on a career in this valuable field, Rob worked as an accountant and consultant in the Irish Investment Funds Industry. This is where he honed the consultancy, project management, compliance and oversight skills that he brings to his work with us, our many clients and business partners.
Rob is an active member of ADvocates, the first Pride group within the Irish Media industry.
