We engaged with the Irish Centre for Diversity to seek Investors in Diversity Gold accreditation. We found the framework extremely beneficial, as it helped us build on the Diversity, Equality & Inclusion (DEI) foundations we had established, to assess our people’s feelings on Inclusion within the organisation, and it helped to shape our overall DEI Strategy & Action plan.

The framework helped us apply structure and provided guidance to a lot of DEI policies & initiatives we were already doing, but it helped us really embed DEI into our Cultural DNA. In addition to the Investors in ?Diversity Gold accreditation, we have availed of many training sessions such as Inclusive Leadership, Inclusive Language, & Inclusive Recruitment. The training & the facilitators are excellent and the feedback from colleagues always reflects this.
