Join Solat Chaudhry and Laura O’Donovan-Calvert for a deep dive into Solat’s knowledgeable perspective on this issue and what can be done to prevent it.

With the Government making up to 90% funding available for Disability Equality training as part of the recently unveiled ‘Work & Access’ scheme, this session focuses on the scheme’s grants which aim to remove or reduce barriers in the workplace for Disabled people.

James Cawley Jnr – our Business Development Manager and proud Disability Equality advocate, is joined by Niall Lane – Employer Relations Division, Department of Social Protection will be joining to highlight what the scheme is about, eligibility criteria, what is available and how to apply.

Investors in Diversity Gold Pillar-by-Pillar Conversations

A series of informal online chats (MS Teams, one-hour duration) with Julie Hutton our Head of Operations and our expert advisors, that give a deep dive on the five pillars of the Investors in Diversity (IiD) Gold framework

The series gives a pillar-by-pillar breakdown and provide practical tips on presenting evidence to support your IiD Gold submission
